The Contact Center Associate serves as a first point of contact for clients requesting information regarding the status of orders and answers general questions about product. Monitors web-based communication from internal/external customers ; tracks open requests. Contact Center Associates may be called on to work on special projects, assist other operational areas, create, monitor and/or distribute reports related to Contact Center or other operational business units and to generally serve as a support team for other areas.
